The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0497 of 2014, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 120-B IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged on 5.9.20214 against eight accused (non applicant) and according to the FIR nominated accused persons committed the murder of the brother of the informant while he was in police custody. 4.
