Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 131 of 2024, under Sections- 363, 366, 376, IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Hayat Nagar, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per the prosecution case, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 10 years, on 13.5.2024 at about 6:00P.M. 5.
