Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.522 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 115(2), 352 BNS and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kishani, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the daughter of the informant on 30.11.2024 at about 5 p.m. when she had gone to ease herself out. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
