Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 17.01.2025 but none is present on behalf of the informant. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 436 of 2024, under Sections 107, 64 of BNS and Section 66E, 67 of IT Act and Section 3,4,16,17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Lohiya Nagar, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. 5.
