Heard Sri Anurag Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 401 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 87 of BNS, Police Station Kalan, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is further stated that the FIR is delayed by about 2 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS whereby she has stated that she has not married the applicant because of him being of different religion.
