Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.247 of 2024, under Section 69 B.N.S., Police Station Fatehganj West, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant was granted interim bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.11.2024 and the applicant has complied with the conditions mentioned in the said order.
