Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.162 of 2024, under Sections 376A.B., 506 I.P.C. and 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Narhi, District- Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant on 3.6.2024 at about 02:30 a.m. and had outraged the modesty of his daughter. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about more than one day and there is no explanat
