The present third bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 149 of 2020, under Sections - 147, 148, 149, 332, 353, 307, 302, 504, 506, 34 I.P.C. and Section - 3, 57, 7 of U.P. Sub Mineral (Concession) Manual, 1963, Police Station - Kheragarh, District - Agra, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2021 and second bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.04.2023. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
