Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.175 of 2024, under Section 376 I.P.C., Police Station- Bhatpar Rani, District- Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel has stated that the victim has given birth to a baby-girl on 13.1.2025. The victim is major aged about 20 years as per her own statement. The applicant is ready to marry the victim and also to take care of her and the offspring born out of the said corporeal relationship. 5.
