The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 479 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) A of BNS, Police Station Khatauli, District Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 30.11.2024 under section 109 BNS against unknown person and according to the FIR when informant was going on the motorcycle alongwith his friend Aditya then two unknown persons caused fire arm injury to him in his abdomen. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that initially FIR of the present case was lodged under section 109 BNS but after the death of the informant i.e. injured case was converted under section 103 BNS. 5.
