This bail application has been filed by the applicant-accused in Case Crime No. 137 of 2022, under Section - 302 I.P.C., Police Station- Tajganj, District- Agra with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has falsely implicated in this case. The allegation that applicant and co-accused Noorjahan and Kabir were pressurizing the deceased to sell his plot, is thoroughly false. There is no eye-witness of alleged incident. The allegation that on 05.03.2022, the applicant and co-accused persons have taken away the deceased on motorcycle and administered some poison to him, is thoroughly false.
