Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and Section 5j(ii)/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Rohania, District Varanasi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
