Sindhuja Rathi Bhargava, the learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rakesh Srivastava, the learned AGA for the State and perused the records. 2.The present bail application has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 428 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station Phase-III, Noida, District Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. The gang-chart mentions involvement of the applicant in four cases and in all of which the applicant has been granted bail. The applicant's involvement in another case has been disclosed in paragraph 17 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application in which also the applicant has been released on bail. In the affidavit filed in support of bail application it has been stated that the applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. 4.
