The present bail application has been filed by the applicant- accused in case crime No.522 of 2019, under Sections 302, 394, 411 IPC, police station Soraon, District Allahabad with the prayer to enlarge the applicants-accused on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant was named in the first information report but during investigation his involvement was not found and thus, he was exonerated. After investigation charge sheet was filed against co-accused Dharmendra Kumar Gupta, Kamla Prasad @ Bora and Shyamu Pasi.
