Heard Shri Shashi Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Vijay Bahadur Maurya, learned AGA for the State- respondent and Shri Vipin Kumar, learned counsel for the informant. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.102 of 2024, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Sakeet, District Etah, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the present matter initially a missing report was lodged with regard to missing of one Dilip S/o Kamta Prasad but subsequently when concerned police officer came to know that husband of the applicant i.e. co- accused Govind alongwith applicant and two others committed the murder of the deceased and thereafter on the pointing out of co- accused Govind, s
