Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 166 of 2024, under Sections 65(1) of BNS and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act Police Station Mahewaghat, District Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with 11 years old daughter of the informant on 02.09.2024 at about 12 p.m. by taking her to a canal. 6.
