Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 334A of 1995, U/S 396 IPC, Police Station Iglas, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Ram Gopal, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 28.11.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 39129 of 2024. The applicant is languishing in jail since 30.8.2024, having criminal history of one case, which stands explained, as he has applied for bail in the said case. He further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. 5.
