Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 432 of 2024, U/S 323, 504, 506, 376 IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant alongwith co-accused persons on 23.12.2023 at about 4.00 pm and had assaulted her and robbed her ornaments. About 4-5 months prior to the said incident, the applicant is stated to have raped the victim and had video-recorded the said indecent act and blackmailed her. 5.
