The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0199 of 2024, under Sections 103, 61(2), 238 BNS, Police Station Maudarwaza, District Farrukhabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and on the basis of suspicion, applicant has been made accused in the present matter alongwith co- accused Rajeev and after considering entire facts of the case, co- accused Rajeev has already been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 14.2.2025 passed in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 1837 of 2025 and on facts, case of applicant is at par with him. 4. He further submitted that even it appears except suspicion, there is no cogent
