The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.200 of 2024, under Sections 3/5-A/5-B/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 325 of BNS, registered at Police Station Balua, District Chandauli. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged by a Sub Inspector of Police on 28.10.2024 against four persons including the applicant stating that three vehicles were intercepted on the basis of information received from a mukhbir. All the persons sitting in the vehicles got down and ran away. The applicant was known to the police party since before and they identified him while running away.
