Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.270 of 2024, under Sections 64(2)M, 324(2), 115(2), 351(3) B.N.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Puranderpur, District- Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The instant case of consensual corporeal relationship has been converted to that of cognizable offence.
