Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 20.1.2025. 3. Heard Sri Mohd Hamid, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 425 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Nandgram, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up later on in the statement of the victim herself. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C. The victim by her looks seems to be major and she has married the applicant. 6. Several other submissions ha
