Heard Ms. Pratibha Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.244 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and 4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Jaithra, District- Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The informant and the victim have been examined during trial as PW-1 & PW-2 and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile.
