Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The instant FIR is instituted on the basis of suspicion only. The name of the applicant has come up in the FIR on the basis of motive with the deceased person, but there is no ocular evidence of the incident.
