Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 407 of 2024, under Sections 69 of B.N.S., Police Station Rawatpur, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and had taken her to several hotels for it. The applicant and his mother are stated to have subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The allegations are per se false. 7. The applicant is two years younger to the victim who happens to be 22 years old and the applicant is not of marriage
