Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.282 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station- Shergarh, District- Mathura, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by taking her to his house on 12.9.2024 at about 06:00 p.m. The applicant is even stated to have video recorded the said indecent act and threatened her to make it viral on social media. The said relationship continued till 28.9.2024. The FIR was instituted on 29.9.2024 at 00:45 hours. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been f
