Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.198 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S., 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Mathura, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 28.7.2024 at about 05:30 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 7. The FIR is delayed by about more than two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 8.
