Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.147 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64(1) B.N.S. and 5J/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Hathgaon, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S. The instant FIR is just misuse of process of law. The victim by her looks seems to be major and as per the ossification test report also her age comes out to be 18 years. The victim was found pregnant and the applicant is ready to take care of
