No. 1147/2023, Case Crime No. 114 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 323, 302 IPC, registered at P.S. Rasoolabad, District Kanpur Dehat. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 05.04.2023 by Ram Naresh @ Chunni against Kishan, Meera, Ramesh, Reeta and the applicant with the allegation that on 05.04.2023 at about 01:00 pm there was a dispute between them and the accused persons with regards to installation of a tap near the government hand pump wherein his wife Smt.
