Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.501 of 2024, under Sections 64, 87, 137(2), 115(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Prem Nagar, District- Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 26.9.2024 at about 08:00 a.m. when she had gone to attend her coaching classes. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 7.
