Heard Sri Devendra Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anit Kumar Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.464 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Talbehat, District- Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have raped the victim on 8.12.2024 at about 11:30 p.m. at an agricultural field. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim for a period of four months before the said incident. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
