Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.157 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)(N), 313, 506, 406 I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Itwa, District- Siddharth Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim for the first time on 14.2.2018 on the false promise of marriage and continued it till 24.8.2024. In the meantime, the victim is stated to have been impregnated twice which was terminated at the behest of the applicant. The applicant had subsequently refused to comply with the said promise.
