Allegations levelled as per the F.I.R. is that four pistol 32 bore with magazine, one revolver 32 bore, two rifles 315 bore, one double barrel gun 12 bore, one forged arms license, 06 forged rubber stamp, one plain arms license, one forged army identity card and two other forged photo copy of the license were recovered from the possession of the applicant and nine other co-accused persons.
