The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 522 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the UP Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S.-Kosikalan, District-Mathura. 3. The Gang-chart mentions involvement of applicant in two cases and it is also mentioned that the applicant has been granted bail in both the cases. The other four persons mentioned as members of the gang are family members of the applicant and their arrest has been stayed by this Court by means of orders dated 25.9.2024 and 26.9.2024 passed in Criminal Misc Writ Petition Nos.17288 of 2024 and 17442 of 2024, respectively. 4.
