The applicant is in jail since 03.02.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by learned trial court on 14.11.2024. The applicant has been identified as the principal offender who had illicit relations with the other offender i.e. wife of the deceased. The applicant was last seen at the house of the deceased. The offence is grave. There is likelihood that the applicant had committed the offence. At this stage, no case for bail is made out.
