The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 122 of 2023, under Sections 302, 34 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Basti, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person by the guard of the village and during investigation, on the basis of his confessional statement, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
