The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 215 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 111(2)(1) IPC, Police Station Ahmadgarh, District Bulandshahar during pendency of the trial. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and four others and according to the FIR due to previous enmity applicant and co-accused Rishi Pal, who were in jail at the time of incident with the help of other three named accused persons committed the murder of the father of the informant. 4.
