Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.438 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 127(2), 89, 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Trans Yamuna, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The instant case seems to be the case of having fallen out of the consensual corporeal relationship. The victim is major. The said corporeal relationship is stated to have continue for a period of two years. There is no medical corroboration
