The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2024, under Sections 103, 61(2), 238 BNS, Police Station Maudarwaja, District Farrukhabad, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 19.9.2024 against the applicant and others and according to the FIR on 25.8.2024 at about 4 pm in the evening co-accused Nanhe has taken the son of the informant from his house but he did not return and thereafter his dead body was found. 4. It is further mentioned in the FIR that applicant was having illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased and co-accused Nanhe and applicant are close friends and therefore, they have committed the murder of the deceased with the help of their assoc
