The applicant is in jail since 30.03.2023. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 25.10.2024. The following arguments made by Shri A Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel on behalf of the applicant, which could not be satisfactorily refuted by Shri Chandan Agrawal, learned AGA-I from the record, entitle the applicant for grant of bail: 1. The applicant was not named in the FIR nor in the statement of the first informant made before the police authorities. 2. The applicant was subsequently nominated in the second statement of the first informant made to the police authorities while in the custody of the latter. The said statement
