Heard Sri Jagdish Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajeev Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 171 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Ratanpuri, District- Muzaffarnagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown persons after recovery of unknown dead body. 5. He further submitted that during investigation, when it was found that the alleged recovered dead body was of Rakesh then brother of Rakesh namely Raj Kumar moved an application that on 07.11.2024 applicant along with others had taken the deceased in the car and thereafter applicant has been made accused in the pres
