The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No. 193 of 2020, under Sections - 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 302, 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section - 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station - Koraon, District - Allahabad, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant-accused on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated. It was submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged against 22 named persons, including applicant. The allegation that applicant was not involved in any such incident, is false.
