The present bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.401 of 2024, under Section 2B(1), 2B(xi), 3(1) of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention), Act, 1986, P.S. Geeda, District- Gorakhpur. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that there is one case shown in the gang chart against applicant, in which case he is already on bail, copy of the the bail order is annexed as Annexure no.4, to the affidavit. It is specifically mentioned in paragraph 10 that apart from three case, applicant has criminal history of four cases, in all these cases applicant has also been granted bail copies of the the bail orders are annexed as Annexure no.5. It is th
