FIR of the present case was lodged on 02.08.2024 against applicant and his two sons and according to FIR, on 02.08.2024 at about 12:15 p.m. informant received an information that co- accused Aslam, the son of the applicant, inflicted knife injury to his son and at the time of incident, applicant and his another son Afrid were also present at the spot.
