As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have attempted to commit rape with the daughter of the informant on 25.10.2024 at about 02:30 a.m. by barging into his house. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is major and as per the high school certificate she is stated to be 24 years old.
