The first bail application has been rejected by Hon'ble Mohd. Faiz Alam Khan, J. on 03.06.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.13840 of 2023 along with two other bail applications. While rejecting the bail of the present applicant and other co-accused persons, this Court observed in para-21 that the direction to conclude the trial would be applicable in terms of order dated 26.10.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11147 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of this Court towards the order dated 26.10.2023 (supra) wherein this Court in para-12 has directed that the trial would be concluded within a pe
