Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.811 of 2024, under Section 64(1) B.N.S., Police Station- Baghpat, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be involved in the profession of exorcism and is stated to have asked the informant to fetch chicken for the said ceremonies, as such, in his absence he is stated to have committed rape with his wife on 26.9.2024 at about 04:30 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about seven hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major as she is a married lady. The all
