The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 232 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station- Ghosi, District- Mau, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. FIR of the present case was lodged on 07.06.2024 against applicant and according to FIR, applicant is the younger son of the informant and on 06.06.2024, he committed the murder of his elder brother by causing injury through hammer. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. He further submitted that however, informant i.e. his mother claimed herself to be an eye-witness but even from the record, it could not be reflected that applicant was having any strong
