No. 513 of 2023, Case Crime No.94 of 2023, under Sections 302 and 201 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Bhatpar Rani, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is the second bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2023 passed in Criminal Misc.
