Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 48 of 2023, U/S 376 IPC and 5m/6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Bithur, District Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his 3 year- old daughter was found missing and raped by the applicant. The villager is stated to have seen the applicant taking away his daughter about one hour before her recovery.
